Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) LDPE, the first of the polyethylenes to be developed, is characterized by good toughness and flexibility, relatively low heat resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, and clarity in film form. Like all polyethylene grades, LDPE has good resistance to chemical attack. At room temperature, it is insoluble in most organic solvents but is attacked by strong oxidizing acids. At higher temperatures, it becomes increasingly more susceptible to attack by aromatic, chlorinated and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Total Packaging Solutions is self-sufficient to support LDPE requirements of our customers upto 100 Tons per month. Currently Total Packaging Solution supplies to leading automotive industries in and around Chennai like Hyundai, Ford, Nissan and their ancillary units for their LDPE Cover requirements. We are having inhouse capacity to provide printing facilities and customised covers as per customer specification like 2D, 3D bags.

We can produce Antistatic LDPE Films and also VCI Films to cater the specific requirement of electronic and engineering industries.
